CCMS was founded in 1997 by Mr. Lino A. DeAlmeida, Jr. as another chapter in a successful career in the construction industry in New Jersey and throughout the world. Mr. DeAlmeida brings with him significant experience in the construction business as well as leadership experience (past State and National President) with one of the country's most successful construction trade associations.
